Spring Bouquet
Shades of green, pink, purple, white, and burgundy were used to make this cheerful summer bouquet. We wrapped all the flowers’ colors and textures in beautiful handmade paper.
Birthday Arrangement
We created this overflowing arrangement for a late Spring birthday party. Seasonal flowers like snapdragons and peonies were mixed with branches from trees and shrubs and housed in a vintage green glass urn.
Autumn Arrangement
The last of the season’s fresh flowers were used for this arrangement. The client asked for a lot of color and a lot of Dahlias. Housed in a vintage pitcher, the bouquet was reminiscent of a still life arrangement in an old Dutch master painting.
Thanksgiving Arrangement
We foraged for flowers, grasses, and branches with interesting textures and patina. Incorporating bird feathers gave a wink to the Thanksgiving holiday.
The Victorian art of Pot-et-fleur combines living plants with cut flowers. The method capitalizes on the lasting quality of house plants with the colorful impact of fresh flowers. As the cut flowers fade, they can be replaced so the arrangement can provide many weeks of beauty.
